Spent about an hour on the still life, tried not to go too overboard rendering it, but still give it some form.

1. Convert color image into black/white. 
2. Study in black/white using any photoshop brush of your choice, avoid using color picker.
3. Study in color using any photoshop brush of your choice, avoid using color picker.

1. Find an illustration, start with 3 main value group study (foreground, middle ground, background).
2. After divide into 3 main stage in value, use 1-10 value range.
3. Create 3 your own composition using same value/light group

Danny will review on each student's performance on class participation, homework, improvement based on skillset. (Please send brief update to Lim).

In- Class Test

Take below painting and spend 45 minute In-Class test and upload when done. Danny will do a paintover/correction on each student's work and give verbal feedback what each student should focus for next 3 weeks.
