I didn't have time to finish the little pot, but had fun with this one today. Minimal sketching, and more blocking in basic shapes. Used a clipping mask for a few objects like the table. Chalk brush is very useful!

In class, I'll give you a quick paint-over/critique, and then you'll be taking it home to make edits and bringing it back to class again the following week (so we are working on this piece for two weeks).
